Every monthly donor strengthens our fight for kids like Anabia, who’s 10 years old and recently made history. This past year at SickKids, she was the first person in North America to receive an innovative bilateral cochlear implant with smart technology. Anabia was born with hearing loss and wore hearing aids until her hearing deteriorated. Today, she’s thriving in school and enjoying the benefits of hearing more clearly and accurately.
